Under supervision of department Supervisor, PT evaluates patients; plans, implements, documents, modifies treatment programs; participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; assists with student education; performs other duties as assigned.
Current licensure in State of Colorado as a Physical Therapist
Bachelor's or higher Physical Therapist Education required to obtain a Colorado Licensure
6 months preferred.
Evaluative and treatment skills commensurate with formal education, as well as organizational, documentation, communicative skills; also ability to document on computer.
