Consulting Configuration Analyst

Job Description: Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Lead Hardware Configuration Management Analyst. With a focus on Hardware Configuration Items (HWCIs), tasks include configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, product release and delivery, and configuration audit support. Candidate will track and process hardware drawings and engineering change notices, knowledge of managing changes to a product breakdown structure in a CM tool environment, create/improve CM processes related to HW CM, support program Configuration Change Control Board (CCB)?s and provide CM assessments and inputs to engineering change requests. Tasking will at times include proposal support and will regularly interface with all engineering disciplines and program management. The candidate must be a flexible team player with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks in a diverse environment. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance at a later date. Required Skills: Experience developing and implementing Configuration Management principles, processes and training. 8 years of related work experience. Experience with change management involving a defined product breakdown structure with parent child relationships in a CM tool environment and possess the ability to guide individuals to accomplish change management steps in a timely manner. Ability to ensure that CM related customer requirements are implemented, and to review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Experience leading a small team of exempt CM personnel Experience with PTC Windchill SharePoint environment and Sharepoint Experience with Export/Import (EX/IM) marking and associated policies and procedures Experience working in a technical environment interfacing with all engineering disciplines and able to work well in a team environment actively assisting and providing direction as needed. Conduct briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives. Highly organized, detail oriented and able to implement strict process for change control. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship required. Desired Skills: Experience working with CMMI and ISO 9000 CM requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
