Summary of This Role
Manages various sales teams such as outsides sales, inside sales, channel sales or third party sales responsible for market penetration through campaigns that deliver incremental revenue from new and/or existing clients. Defines and communicates the sales process and the sales effectiveness drivers. Leads and fosters co-operation and collaboration with other functions within the business to maximize efficiency to provide an integrated response to clients' needs. May be responsible for contract renewal activities for existing clients.
What Part Will You Play?
Oversees alignment with sales strategies and plans that ensure growth targets are achieved and exceeded. Works with product team to identify key verticals and territories that will yield maximum return and results. Ensures all sales plans align with broader company and product strategy and capability. Creates and executes an effective product distribution channel to deliver strategic products and services to targeted geographic markets and industry verticals. Provides collaboration and support to other business units to cross sell their products and services as well as generate and share referral sales opportunities.
Monitors sales activity to ensure targets are met and/or exceeded and performance is in line with set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Increases new business prospecting ensuring that prospects are well qualified and represent real opportunities. Works with sales team to develop deep prospect list and ensures they convert in a timely manner (from early stage, mid stage through to a live client).
Ensures that basic sales activity such as prospecting, presenting and closing are occurring. Tracks goal achievement and makes adjustments to strategies if goals are not met. Communicates ongoing results to the Executive team.
Oversees strategy development, planning and alignment. Ensures that the sales team is prospecting into the right client and industry verticals. Coordinates efforts with the marketing team to ensure that marketing dollars are being spent effectively.
Manages sales territories. Balances the workload of the sales team and assigns new opportunities to the appropriate sales person. Ensures that each sales person has the ability to achieve their quotas.
Implements robust sales reporting across team using agreed upon reporting templates and salesforce. Ensures all reporting is up to date and accurate and the management team is able to access reports.
Develops marketing plans and collateral with marketing team to support retention and growth. Provides feedback to the operations and new product's team on existing product effectiveness and satisfaction. Provides feedback for new product requests from our clients along with recent market trends that are product related.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Typically a minimum of 12 years
related professional experience including a minimum of 8 years experience in a managerial position.
Position located in Aurora, CO telesales office
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
related field of study from an accredited university.
Prior TSYS, payment or technology industry experience is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
