Managed surplus inventory for any non-useable items that would need to be moved or sold


Worked directly with vendors for purchasing, repair and sourcing

Managed $14M of inventory used in Base Maintenance, Component Overhaul and Engine Overhaul departments


Started a Vertrep Program from ground up with a major customer to logistically support a contract with the U.S. Navy.  Managed sales/exchanges to the customer on all products from major components to small expendable items with shipments scheduled in many countries throughout the Pacific


Generated $1.1M in revenue on this contract from October 2008 to November 2009

Opened/closed all work orders for every shop within Heli-Support  


Responsible for several reports done monthly for the Director of Maintenance.  In December, I became the Program Administrator for an Agreement with a company in France.  I had to oversee all the Engine Technicians’ travel plans, expense reports and technical reports.  I kept a database of all jobs and did monthly invoicing per the Agreement
