I partner with designated leaders to uphold all compliance standards (Joint Commission, Dept. of Labor, HR policies, etc.) and create an environment of compliance/excellence. I support employee relations, ethics, or compliance investigations (initial interviews & fact gathering); maintain tracking for issues/concerns and handle inquiries from employees or managers. I Deploy performance management/appraisal program tools and processes in their assigned facility areas. Includes coaching, participating in assigning ratings, feedback sessions and developing performance improvement plans. I advise designated leaders on performance counseling and discipline procedures; consult on suspension or termination of employment actions; provide information on RIF processes and severance. I escalate major issues to VP of HR and/or HR Center of Excellence/HR Service Centers when appropriate. I support measurement of productivity and addressing of productivity issues. I implement emergency response plans with appropriate leaders. I am responsible for all payroll entry and accuracy, benefit coordination and completion. I oversee all training schedules, along with executing a minimum of 2 training classes a month. I manage and oversee all employee benefits and have continued to reach and annual deduction in medical insurance of 12% or better. This coming year (2017) being our best at 35% under (2016) current rates.

As a property manager I was responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a low income tax credit property. I met company goals in those areas. These results were achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
