I was responsible for calling donors and asking for their continued support. I tracked all my calls made during my shift, making more than 300 calls in a shift. I was also responsible for sending out prayer cards.

Community College of Aurora 06/09-09/10

I worked as an IT Lab Tech at the Community College of Aurora assisting students in the lab with their passwords. I was of assistants to students needing help with their Microsoft assignments.

I also worked with ESL students to teach them the college’s D2L learning system. D2L is a portal that all students at the college use, the training included; checking their grades, turning in online assignments, emailing and how to create a new discussion as well as post comments to class discussion.

I provided customer care for Sprint and Nextel networks, generally assisting our customers with questions, performed some troubleshooting help with their phone problems and running credit checks on potential customers.

I have even worked as hostess and bussed tables at places like Caledonia’s Restaurant in Aurora, where I created a fun and enjoyable dining experience for customers, seating and serving food, bussing tables and delivering meals curbside.

I’ve worked as part of a property management and housecleaning team for Baron Properties in Denver, working in the office, cleaning, contacting residents to serve notices and doing inside and grounds maintenance.

I spent an enriching weekend working with the 9News Health Fair drawing blood and talking to Health Fair participants. While serving with the Health Fair, I developed a great compassion for others.

I completed 160 hours of valuable training as a medical assistant with National Jewish, welcoming and prepping patients to see the doctors, taking vital signs and performing both supervised and
