A to Z Home Health Care-Present- Assist with daily living needs to patients. ADT Security Services-01/2008-4/2009 Admin & Customer Retention/Sales Started off in Sales of Security, Fire Alarm, Card Readers, created customers with appropriate estimates for services requested as well as services seen as a professional to protect assets and increase profit/loss. Transferred into Customer Retention/ADMIN assisted in data entry of new systems from hard file, went through billing with customers needing assistance in disputes, processed payments, answered phone, filing, assisted in sales questions and customers services via computer system. Set up appointments for installation and disconnecting of service. General Customer Service, All other duties as assigned.

 

Creative Mortgage Lending Services-10/2006-3/2007 & Long Beach Mortgage-7/2002-10/2006 Account Executive Built/Maintained a book of business via existing, cold calling and door to door. Mortgage Brokers to utilize our services in programs, rates, guidelines set up by Federal laws, Freddie MAC/Fannie MAE for refinances, purchases, 2nd homes, investment properties and rentals. Was in charge of obtaining basic info as such as credit, FICO score, DTI, LTV, loan amount, income, length of employment, any adverse information on credit that I could work around via guidelines to get approval subprime as well. Gave Mortgage Broker a pre qualification based on the above information (pre underwriting experience used). Once Broker decided that I was the lender received all documents to send off for underwriting approval, assisted in insuring loan was approved as submitted or explaining situation, went over approval, assisted in clearing of loan conditions, liaison between UW, Processor, Title Company, Appraisers, Broker's Office, Real Estate Agent, anyone else involved on front scene. After conditions cleared assisted in getting to closing if any issues arose, assisted in any closing/post closing issues. From 7/2002-10/2004 Processor of loans for Long Beach as well as Aurora Loan Services LLC. Started as Data Entry Set up & All duties above were the same only I was the one who received the loan after approval, went over with Broker/Account Executive/UW. Liaison between the same set of customers, restructured the loan if needed, gathered and cleared conditions, once complete loan file was submitted to closing once date was set up. Assisted in closing issues and obtaining post closing conditions. Was top processor doing 70-105 loans a month. All other duties as assigned. Have experince in a wide varieties of the mortgage field and won awards for performance in processing as the Top Processor as well as the Success of Sales once promoted among contests to include gifts, prizes and a trip.

 

Prior Career History- in Banking for US Bank/Wells Fargo started off as Teller peak-1995 time, PT, FT, Teller Supervisor and Branch Manager 1/2000. Supervised anwywhere from 20-30 depending on turn over and how many personal bankers, assistants were allowed via FTE/Performance. Hired/Fired, Training,Scheduling,Audits of all aspects of business operations and vault/teller drawers, balanced general ledgers, cashiers checks, money orders, tranvleres checks, safety deposit boxes, de escalated unhappy employees/customers, backed up new accounts, customer service and all other duties as assigned.
