As part of the Network Operations team, provide support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across customer markets

              Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and commission Samsung MMBS equipment to Samsung standards.
  • Develop and maintain commissioning & integration documentation and provide necessary technical input on its development.
  • Mentor and train Samsung partners and other vendors/clients on the installation, commissioning and integration of MMBS equipment.
  • Commission and integrate Cisco CSR routers to manufacturer's and Samsung specifications.

 Troubleshoot and problem resolution for backhaul issues including T-1, ATM backbone, microwave and fiber optic backhaul transmission methodology.

  • Collecting Logs- providing analysis of gathered data. Determining if data is conclusive or needs to be provided for additional technical evaluation.
  • Reporting observations to TAC / EMS Engineers. Based on technical experience, what they observe, analyze and report back.
  • RF Testing – Requires knowledge of Network Elements, Protocols, Routines, Scripts, Software Tools, Software Analyzers.
  • Power Testing - Requires knowledge of Network Elements, Protocols, Routines, Scripts, Software Tools, and Software Analyzers.
