I have a big living room, pool table, hot tub, fenced in backyard and kitchen with plenty of room. I own an Australian Shepherd and my landlord doesn't want anymore pets (unfortunately cause I love dogs). No couples either. Have to pass a background test and prove income to me but doesn't have to be 3x the rent or anything. 4 twenty friendly. I don't party often but I do have people over on occasions for sports and pre-game for music shows etc..
